How I work
I’m Sunil Ramlochan, founder of PromptEngineering.org and AxysAnalytics.com. I help organizations turn generative AI from an interesting experiment into something dependable, useful, and ready for production.
My work focuses on prompt systems, LLM agents, retrieval workflows, governance, and evaluation. In practical terms, that means designing repeatable ways for teams to deploy AI with better quality control, clearer guardrails, and stronger operational outcomes.
Over the years, my frameworks and articles have been referenced by universities, government institutions, major technology companies, and leading publications. I bring more than 20 years of experience across marketing, cybersecurity, design, analytics, and AI, and I care deeply about helping enterprises adopt AI in ways that are measurable, responsible, and durable.
Through PromptEngineering.org, I publish playbooks, teardown guides, and educational resources that help teams understand what reliable GenAI implementation actually takes. Through AxysAnalytics.com, I work on the consulting and execution side: analytics, digital strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and delivery.
Operating posture
I tend to operate at the point where strategy meets implementation. I work with enterprises that need clearer thinking, better architecture, and practical execution rather than vague AI enthusiasm. That often means translating between leadership priorities and technical realities, helping teams select the right patterns, and putting governance and evaluation in place before scale turns avoidable issues into expensive ones.
